Introduce students to the management of modern IT-enabled services, to provide them with an understanding of the common language and key concepts, and to show them how they can improve their work and the work of their organization with ITIL 4 guidance. Furthermore, the course will provide the student with an understanding of the ITIL 4 service management framework and how it has evolved to adopt modern technologies and ways of working.
Provides a practical understanding of ITIL® 4 key concepts, principles, practices, and service value system.
Prepares students to pass the ITIL® 4 Foundation exam
ITIL® 4 Foundation is an introductory-level course intended for IT professionals responsible for developing, supporting and operating application-based IT services (i.e. messaging) and infrastructure-based IT services (i.e. network services)
Includes the exam leading to the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
